Kubuk Investment S.A.C.

Kubuk Investment S.A.C. is a subsidiary company of Chilco River Holdings, it is the owner and operator of the Bruce Hotel and Casino, a luxury complex located in the heart of Lima. It is the second largest casino in Peru and one of only seven licensed casinos in the Country.

The Bruce facility is currently undergoing a major expansion and upgrade which will be completed October 2006. It will feature 60 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a state-of-the-art casino with 22 gambling tables and 300 slot machines, and a modern, European-styled restaurant and lounge.

Chilco is actively seeking casino acquisitions in Latin America and is currently focusing on expanding its casino operations into other Latin-America countries.
